BridgeWay Station will be unlike any other development in the Upstate. MPS is proud to be part of such an exciting project. Twenty-plus years ago, we designed the original office building for Charter Communications when the early vision for the site was in its infancy.
That vision has matured into a project respectful of the future needs of the City of Mauldin and Greenville County. The Old-world architecture, coupled with mixed-use and public spaces, is complementary to the multicultural community that the Upstate has come to support.
BridgeWay Station will serve as Mauldin’s Town Center, creating a “sense of place.” We think it will be the place that brings the Mauldin community together. BridgeWay Station broke ground Thursday, April 8th and is set to bring 500,000 SF of mixed-use space, including:
- 5+ acres of parks connected to the Swamp Rabbit
- Plaza + public pavilions
- Retail space
- Residential units
- Office + institutional development space
Hats off to our project team that includes Hughes Investments and Harper General Contractors. Exterior Conceptual Design is in association with Eric Brown Design.
