Exciting Progress at Cleveland Hall

Originally built in 1905, the historic Cleveland Hall house near Spartanburg’s Converse Heights neighborhood celebrated its first 50 years in 1956, right as our firm was opening for business just down the street. Now, more than another 50 years later, we’re thrilled to be part of the collaborative team restoring this 114-year-old landmark. Working closely with the owners, the community, and Clayton Construction Company, we’re making great progress on this legacy project and can’t wait to see it complete!

The article (on GoUpstate.com) gives a great update on the owners’ passion for restoring this landmark — a great read!
