Groundbreaking at North Greenwood Spec Building

Add working with a great team to the list of things we’re thankful for this year! Our industrial team celebrated the groundbreaking of the North Greenwood Speculative Building last week. We appreciated the opportunity to work with THS Constructors and Greenwood County to design this new 100,000 SF speculative building going into the North Greenwood Industrial Park.
