The Green Building

MPS moved into the Green Building on Augusta Street in 2023. The Green Building is a historic structure that dates back to the 1920s, when it was a furniture store owned by Walter Green. After a fire and several renovations, the building was transformed into a LEED Gold certified space in 2008.

Featuring solar panels, a reflective rooftop, low-E glass windows, and recycled materials, The Green Building is a testament to the value of adaptive reuse and green design. MPS will preserve the architectural heritage and environmental sustainability of the site, while enjoying a modern and spacious studio space with room for client and community events in the heart of Augusta’s downtown.
