RailYard building, South Tower, Charlotte Office

The RailYard, Charlotte.

Our office is located in the South End of Uptown Charlotte, in the RailYard South Tower. South End originated in the 1850s expanding with the city’s first railroad line, connecting Charlotte to Charleston and Columbia, SC (where we also have two other office locations). With our office less than a block from light rail, and easy access to I-77 and I-277, the South End allows us to serve our expanding client base with ease. In the RailYard’s 8-story building, an average floor offers 20,000 square feet per level, also providing additional workspace for our growing team. The LEED Silver Certified building was built in 2019.
