McMillan Pazdan Smith Announces Addition of Michael Allen, Project Designer

McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture is pleased to announce the recent hire of Michael Allen, a project designer and LEED accredited professional.

Allen brings more than 13 years of architectural experience to the firm, having successfully managed LEED Gold Certified projects, as well as extensive K-12, higher education, and sports architecture portfolios during his career. He is also proficient in advanced Building Information Management (BIM) techniques.

While earning his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Clemson University, Allen was a key defensive member of their football team. He then enjoyed a brief semiprofessional football career in both the NAFL and Arena Football before returning to his passion for architecture full-time.

Allen is a Liberty Fellow, Class of 2014, as well as a Leadership SC Trustee, Class of 2010. He has been an active board and committee member of many local organizations, including the Greenville Technical College Foundation, United Way of Greenville, the YWCA, the City of Greenville Planning Commission, and Upstate Forever.
