With rapidly growing client relationships across the Charlotte metro region, McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture continues to expand their experience and capabilities through the addition of two strategic team members: Nicole Hall, AIA and Scott Hinson, AIA.
Joining the 30+ team members in the Charlotte office, Hall and Hinson will work directly with the firm’s corporate and developer client relationships across various market segments including office, industrial, hospitality, retail, and restaurant.
Hall (pictured on the left) brings more than a decade of experience as a leader in corporate architectural design, backed by an MBA with a concentration in real estate and urban land development and significant leadership roles at Wells Fargo. She is an active leader in CoreNet and the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and has worked with many significant clients, including Bank of America, BB&T, JP Morgan Chase, and Duke Energy.
Hinson (pictured on the right) provides over 25 years of experience in both design and construction and will focus on client development and contract administration. Having worked for established Charlotte companies like Belk, Crosland, and Myers & Chapman, he has a solid background in project management, design, real estate development, and preconstruction with contacts spanning numerous business sectors.
“As we continue to invest in and grow our relationships in the Charlotte community, the additions of Nicole and Scott will increase our reach in the private sector significantly,” states Chad Cousins, COO. “Further, both are high caliber team members who will contribute right away to the momentum and growing service capabilities of our office. We are very excited to welcome them to our team.”
