McMillan Pazdan Smith Charlotte Office Moves to The Gold District

McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture has moved their Charlotte office to 328 West Carson Boulevard, Suite 300, in the emerging Gold District, south of the Bank of America Stadium and north of Wilmore. Less than a half mile from light rail, and with easy access to I-77 and I-277, the firm’s new location allows them to serve an expanding client base with ease. In addition to adding workspace for the growing team of nearly 30 employees, the new office also provides greater client and community interaction via the rooftop deck, large training room, and other amenities.

“Ultimately, our new location brings us closer to our clients and gives us room to continue expanding our service to them,” said Jim Langlois, AIA, the firm’s Charlotte Office Director and Principal. “Now, we get to enjoy views of both Uptown and South End — two high-energy areas of the city. We’re already enjoying the good vibrations of these neighborhoods, and I feel confident we are positioned to continue doing great things here.”

The firm’s Charlotte office has recently completed work for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, the Bank of America Stadium for the Carolina Panthers, and Adams Outdoor Advertising.
