McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture is pleased to announce a strategic merger that will enhance our commitment to the communities in Western North Carolina and strengthen the depth of available design and project management resources locally. We enthusiastically welcome the energy and experience of the founders of SPARC Design; a local, entrepreneurial architectural firm with strong ties to the Asheville community.
SPARC Design has built a solid reputation among both public and private sector clients for consistently applying a proven design approach with a high level of rigor and exploratory creativity. This philosophy supports McMillan Pazdan Smith’s vision for Good Design and a 50-year history of successful client engagement that spans numerous markets across the Southeast. Driving thoughtful, cost-effective and creative design solutions that impact the quality of life in the places we live and work is a crucial component of the firm’s mission.
As part of McMillan Pazdan Smith’s Asheville office, our new team members represent increased depth to an already outstanding design and project management team. Lindsey Rhoden, AIA, LEED AP will assume the role of Asheville Office Director as of June 5th.
McMillan Pazdan Smith was recently recognized nationally as #31 on Architect Magazine’s 2016 ARCHITECT 50 list of “Best U.S. Architecture Firms” in the Business Category, and #4 nationally in the architectural category of Zweig Group’s 2016 “Best Firms to Work For” list.
