Montgomery Building in Spartanburg Honored with Preservation Award

Last night, the Spartanburg County Historical Association presented The Montgomery Building with the Gignilliat Preservation Award! This SCHA award, named for the late Peggy Gignilliat, is meant to recognize the work done to maintain sites of historical or cultural significance. We are honored to have had the opportunity to work with BF Spartanburg and Harper General Contractors on such an iconic building in Spartanburg and through tireless efforts from our design team to bring the building back to its former glory!
