Minta Ferguson has experience predominantly in Healthcare Strategic Facility Planning and Design and brings additional analytical and facilitation skills to our growing firm.
“We are looking forward to applying Minta’s data-driven approach to the type of large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects we’ve been doing,” said Brad Smith, AIA, Managing Principal. “Her experience working with clinicians, engineers, architects, and strategists to determine final recommendations for clients is a great asset to our strong studio teams.”
Minta Ferguson knew she wanted to do great things in the architecture field starting in grade school and received her architecture degree from Virginia Tech in 2007. As her career has developed, she has found a passion for making positive change in community health and wellness.
Ferguson’s Director of Planning role at MPS will weave together her professional disciplines of planning, strategy & finance, and operations. She is looking forward to strengthening the firm’s foundation in R&D, thought leadership, and expanding our pre-design service offerings.
What initially attracted Ferguson to join McMillan Pazdan Smith was “the firm’s design recognition, strong client relationships, entrepreneurial nature, and culture,” she says.
