Plans for library expansion in Dorchester County are moving right along! Project Architect from our Charleston office, Michelle Smyth, presented plans to the Dorchester County Library Board for three new libraries in Ridgeville, Oakbrook, and downtown Summerville.
This comes as part of a County-wide effort to update their libraries to not only accommodate increase in population growth, but also provide state-of-the-art facilities that will serve the community for years to come.
