Together with Proxima Residential, McMillan Pazdan Smith is planning a 16-townhome development on an unused half-acre lot in the Reynoldstown neighborhood of Atlanta. The lot currently holds a vacant church and accompanying parking. Following a successful rezoning application by Proxima and MPS, the property can now be redeveloped as multi-residential / commercial buildings. The 183 Moreland Townhomes — named for the street address — will increase the residential options and benefit the neighborhood’s economy. Current plans for this lot show 16 townhomes, in buildings which will not exceed 40 feet in height, as well as a 34-space parking lot. This development is our sister project to 1237 Memorial Drive (located near 183 Moreland), also currently in the design phase with the same developer, realtor, and floor plans.
