Meet Cary Perkins, an Associate Principal in the firm and our Visual and Performing Arts Guru. Her art background and personal involvement in theatre and arts education has inspired a natural interest in the design of visual and performing arts spaces. In addition to her design work for our firm’s Community Studio, Cary is the curator of our in-house Sift Gallery and has been teaching at the SC Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities for over a decade. She loves seeing her students go on to practice architecture and enter the design field. In her spare time, you can find Cary walking her dogs, Lucy and Clover, on the Swamp Rabbit Trail near her home and scoping out the best food trucks for dinner!
