Located on a 3-acre site in Mt. Pleasant’s urban corridor, this project houses first floor retail including a restaurant (with the original anchor tenant Kickin’ Chicken), plus two floors of Class A office space above. Each floor is 10,000 SF (30,000 SF total) with a central core of circulation and restrooms allowing for maximum flexibility and column less space at the exteriors of the building. The property is located on the marsh and is intended to activate the street front with outdoor dining and retail opportunities. The project is also within walking distance of the Shem Creek entertainment and hospitality district and the town’s Memorial Waterfront Park. The all brick façade is supported by a steel frame superstructure with composite floor systems. Construction completed late 2017.
