The site can accommodate 144 trailers parked adjacent to the dock area with 134 future trailer spaces. There are 216 car parking spaces in phase I and 129 future spaces planned for phase II. Two separate office entrances are planned on the west side with two future entrances created with wall knockouts on the east side for potential tenant separation.
