College of William & Mary, Zable Stadium Renovation
McMillan Pazdan Smith was chosen by William & Mary to make significant upgrades to their existing Zable Stadium in Williamsburg, VA. The project has transformed the 80-year-old facility’s West Side that sits adjacent to the University’s football center. Renovations included a new grand entrance, a new upper deck and press box, new artificial surface for the field, wider aisles for stadium seating, additional handrails, concession stands, a new ticketing office, and new and renovated restrooms on both the East and West Sides of the stadium. Egress lighting was improved and the old press box on the East Side was repurposed and will now be used for small social gatherings and events for the University’s young alumni.
