Hillside Enterprise Park Spec Building

As Spartanburg County’s speculative industrial market continued to grow in 2017, McMillan Pazdan Smith began working in conjunction with Evans Construction to help Scannell Properties complete the final building in the 84-acre Hillside Enterprise Park, located in the heart of the I-85 corridor.

The 408,000 SF speculative distribution warehouse / light industrial space was phased to first create an initial cold dark shell with minimal lighting and ventilation. Following phases subdivided the cross-dock building and include necessary tenant improvements.
