Markley Station

An urban renewal project in the historic West End neighborhood of Greenville, SC, Markley Station aims to build on the momentum of the district’s ongoing redevelopment. With the help of McMillan Pazdan Smith, the office, retail, and restaurant space will revitalize two vacant buildings, all former dry-storage warehouse properties, with parking located both on-site and across the street.

The 43,000 SF space includes 8 suites encompassed within the four buildings. The majority of the project focused on exterior renovations to the buildings, including all new canopies, metal railings, storefront windows, roofing, openings for doors, as well as upgraded exterior lighting, brick cleaning, masonry-opening restoration, signage package including a mural, courtyard space, and a 3,000 SF rooftop amenity.
