Mixson Bath & Racquet Club

Located in the Park Circle area of North Charleston, SC, this private, 6,000 SF clubhouse will serve Mixson Development residents. Drawing on the industrial nature of the surrounding environment, our design team used corrugated metal and wood siding to place a contemporary spin on a traditional building typology. Large expanses of glazing open the building to lush landscaping and provide visual connections from any point within the clubhouse. Amenities include private locker rooms and cabanas, shower facilities, wellness classes such as yoga and personal fitness, and a full-service restaurant and bar. Event space is available for private, member-sponsored gatherings, and members can partake in a game of bocce or badminton on multiple courts.
