Rapid Fired Pizza

Rapid Fired Pizza was founded by a group of experienced restaurateurs with the goal of delivering high quality pizza in only 180 seconds. Their local franchisee approached McMillan Pazdan Smith to design multiple locations across the Southeastern market.

While the Rapid Fired Pizza corporate group provides the conceptual layout, the MPS restaurant design team transforms the concept into a schematic design that is finalized in a construction documents package. Our team works within the brand palette to incorporate colors, materials, and flooring within the overall design. Additional features include an assembly line for pizza, drink station, multiple seating options, a sauce bar station, TVs and other entertainment along the walls, and outdoor seating.

The prototype is approximately 2,000 – 2,500 SF.
