Yee-Haw Brewing Co. Restaurant + Taproom
Yee-Haw Brewing company, based in Tennessee, worked with McMillan Pazdan Smith to manage the tenant upfit of their first South Carolina location in downtown Greenville. The company, whose European-style Dark / Müenchner Dunkel landed the bronze at the 2016 World Beer Cup, opened next to CycleBar in Keys Village. The renovated historic building (formerly Keys Printing, built during World War II and vacant since 1973) houses a 2,200 SF brewery and 4,120 SF restaurant / taproom, for a total of 6,320 SF.
The brewery is connected to a large outdoor event area at the Keys Building, that will host concerts, movie nights, and food trucks in the adjacent area. Exterior features include a wide canopy over three glass garage doors that opens to the 10,000-SF courtyard. Yee-Haw customers will be able to enjoy the Keys Village amenities on the outdoor patio with custom made fire pits. The restaurant also serves its own food menu with woodfired pizzas, burgers, and fresh salads.
The project opened in Summer of 2018.
