Since opening our Spartanburg office almost 65 years ago, we have had the honor of designing some of the most exciting projects throughout the City and County. Guided by the visionary leadership of the Spartanburg Northside Development Group and several other key stakeholders, we are now working on another transformational project in the Northside: converting the former Sunshine Inn site, across from the Wofford College campus, into a mixed-use development. The new building will feature retail, restaurant, and/or office space with an active outdoor amenity for gathering, socializing, and dining.
