TTI Innovation Center Features Energy Cost Saving Materials

The new TTI Innovation Center has become the signature building on TTI’s campus in Anderson, SC. According to Project Architect, Earle Hungerford, “We were able to create the image they were looking for in a cost-effective manner and erect the building quickly.”

In order to accomplish a contemporary look that still provides lots of natural light, our design included Metl-Span’s Architectural Flat Panels installed by Pickens Contracting, Inc. These panels include a polyurethane core that provides enhanced insulation and significantly lowers energy costs with the added benefit of providing impermeable faces and built-in thermal breaks, ensuring the insulating values are maintained for the life of the building.
