Welcome to the “Sugar Bowl” — no, not the college bowl game, the new mixed-use development from Prestwick Companies that our Atlanta office is designing. The proposed site would have a mixture of residential and commercial uses that will accommodate a variety of residents and users and is a walkable distance to the amenities in downtown Sugar Hill.
Residents will enjoy a lawn court, pool, clubhouse, dog park, and playgrounds. Food trucks will also have a dedicated place to serve and the whole project will link to the upcoming Sugar Hill Greenway. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting project!
